you will lose her if you give a break. don't be a boy if you really love her. you should have make her happy and save your relationship instead of complaining like that. this relationships is for 2 people. i am sorry for sayignthat but if realtionship is boring now, then 50% of this boredom comes from your own behaviours too. be a man and do somethign to save your relationship if you don't want to lose her and your relationship with her. 3 years can not e wasted that easily in my opinion. if you broke up or end with her now, she will be very depressed and her heart will not forgive you and will not be able to love that much again like she loves you now.
